Twin Engine Piston Aircraft — Twin Pistons
Gulfstar air charters offers twin engine air transportation in pressurized Cessna 421 aircraft. The Cessna 421 has geared engines for quitter air travel and will comfortably carry four to five passengers. There is luggage space in the nose capable of carrying golf clubs and small soft bags in each wing locker as well as some baggage in the main cabin. This aircraft travels at 230 MPH and is the most economical way when your trip is within 500 miles. Some twin pistons have air-conditioning, others do not. Turboprop Aircraft – Jet engine with Propeller
Although there are single-engine turbo-prop aircraft, they are mostly used for short rural airports and carrying cargo. We highly recommend the King Air with it quiet Prat & Whitney engines, pressurized, temperature controlled and all-weather capabilities. It normally carries 6 to seven people comfortably with limited soft baggage capabilities. This aircraft travels at 290 MPH and is the most economical way when your trip is within 1,000 miles. Gulfstar air charters recommends the Hawker 900XP, Cessna Citation Sovereign and Falcon 2000. There is good luggage space with stand-up roomy cabins and are intercontinental capable. Can carry 7 – 9 passengers, have a full service lavatory and galley. Range from 3,000 to 3,500 miles and speed 500 MPH to 600MPH. A flight attendant can be added for additional inflight service and comfort.

Ideal for NY to LA with stops in the middle. They can go to Hawaii, Europe or to South America with six hours of fuel at 525MPH and up to 12 passengers. These aircraft come with a flight attendant, full service galley (hot & cold meals) and lavatory. They travel up to 7,000 miles and are recommended for USA to Europe, Middle East and Asia. On these long trips, you need room to move around as well as sleeping quarters. The combination of space, luxury, speed and efficiency allow you easily traverse continents on non-stop flights on a private jet in comfort and style.
