In order to continually improve our products and services we collect information from our visitors on a voluntary basis. Some of this information is shared between Gulfstar Aviation, Inc., Gulfstar Air charters, Inc. and GRAND JET to meet the requirements of the F.A.A. and D.O.T. We do not rent, sell or transmit personal information to other organizations. We want to make your experience positive in all aspects and want you to feel comfortable using our site and our services without any reservations. Collection and Use of Information

Our clients and guests must provide certain information when they apply to use the Services such as name, address, telephone number, and billing information (credit card number). The personal information collected from clients and guests during the registration process is used to manage each User’s account (such as billing and collections) and to provide services as well as TSA requirements to pre-clear our passengers. We may additionally collect personal information from members and guests during their use of our Services. We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience. We may use registration information to contact you in a variety of ways. We may send you offers through email, phone or regular mail of our products and services or offers on behalf of selected affiliates.

Sharing your Information

We may disclose your information to third party partners who help us with our Services, such as service providers or suppliers, and with business partners. On occasion, our business partners may also offer you additional products and services that may be of interest to you. Such third parties are not authorized to use or disclose your information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. On occasion we like to take photographs and videos of our clients as they enjoy our services and will post them on, but not limited to, our website, brochures, advertising materials, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

Voluntary Surveys

We encourage clients to participate in these voluntary surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you. Gulfstar Aviation, Gulfstar Air Charters, Inc. and GRAND JET have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.   • Cookies: A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. We use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to operate and improve the products and services we provide and to manage our network and property. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze how visitors use the Site.   • Other Technology: Gulfstar Aviation, Gulfstar Air Charters and GRAND JET engages third parties to track and analyze individual usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit our Sites by recording click-stream behavior, including what information is displayed on the screen to the visitor, which pages visitors go to most often and whether visitors receive error messages from certain pages. This information is used to enhance the functionality and features of our Sites, and for troubleshooting purposes.
