Paul Joseph (Joe) Posti, Jr. – At 10 years old I flew on a TWA Constellations from Burbank, California to Las Vegas, Nevada and received a pair of TWA plastic wings. I was hooked on aviation and even read my dad’s B-17 flight manual from WWII. I was lucky to spend the summers with my uncle in Florida who was in real-estate and taught me to fly his Cherokee 150. At 15½ I soloed in a Piper J-3 Cub at $9.00 per hour and instructor was $7.50/hour.
My career has allowed me to start two jet charter companies in America and Asian Aviation Consultants in Hong Kong SAR. Strong pilot training came from the United States Navy, Golden West Airlines, Eastern Airlines and Korean Airlines.
Corporate experiences were all great from American Produce, Bradshaw, Inc., Harvest Corp., Hillwood Investments, Richmond Flight Mgt. Group and Jos. A Bank. Lucky to have flown Steve Forbes, Henry Kissinger, Al Gore, Rush Limbaugh, Elvis Presley, ELO, Johnny Mathis and many other VIP’s.
Additionally, working with a few charter companies, I learned the on-demand air charter business from a management position. Service and safety have led me to command aircraft in over 48 countries, licensed in five and over 27,700 flight hours. 2015 I received the FAA Wright Brothers Master Pilot award for fifty years of piloting aircraft without an accident, incident or (PD) Pilot Deviation. Less than .008% of all licensed pilots have received this award.

Captain James (Jim) Harry LaMontagne – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS: My interest in aviation began with my first flight on a B-727 from Miami to New Jersey in 1965. At the time I didn’t realize how to pursue this dream until I attended Freshman orientation at the University of Alabama. During that presentation a member of the Air Force ROTC program told me that flying for the Air Force would be a great career. I have to say the light bulb went off and four years later I was an Air Force Lieutenant attending flight school in Texas. Nine years later my career with the Air Force ended and my airline career started. My first job was with National Airlines in Miami flying as a First Officer on the B-727. This airline also provided the opportunity to meet my present wife of over 40 years. During the next 33 years I have been with many part 121 US carriers and in addition have worked overseas with Korean Airlines, Macau Jet and Etihad Airways. One of my most favorable experiences was flying a business jet the Falcon 2000 for Macau Jet. I was responsible for and oversaw the complete operation of the aircraft for two of the most influential gentleman in Malaysia. One was the Ex Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir bin Mohamad and his son Mokhzani, who was the co-owner of the aircraft with Quek Leng Chan the 2nd richest man in Malaysia. My last position was a ground and simulator flight instructor for Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With over 45 safely flown years of aviation, management training, and instruction I look forward to a new venture with Gulfstar\Grand Jet Airways.
Captain Hasher Khan – CHIEF PILOT: As a young child, I was fascinated by airplanes in the sky. I did not even realize that there were people driving them, called pilots. I thought I could do that and every opportunity I had to ride as a passenger, I would fight for a window seat to watch the flaps and ailerons operate.
At eleven, I had an opportunity to visit the cockpit of a People’s Express 747 and I was hooked. I loved all the technology, instruments, levers, buttons and the lights. I had to do this and be one of those pilots. I took my first demo flight in San Martin, California and rapidly achieved my pilot certificates. Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), certified single and multi-engine Instrument Instructor. I have accumulated over 5,000 flight hours in jet aircraft. Current in Gulfstream G-IV. G-V (G450/550) Learjet (LR60) and Douglas DC-3 and many other aircraft. I’ve spent the last 7 years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Senior Captain at Eastern Wonder SDN. BHD., an air shuttle for high-net-worth individuals providing service throughout South Asia and China. Previously, at Wijaya Baru Aviation SDN. BHD conducting world-wide operations. Having landed in six continents, my worldly knowledge of aviation, management skills and Chief Pilot experience brings me to my next adventure, Gulfstar/Grand Jet.
